CANCELLATION POLICY
REFUND
We fully understand that travel plans may change for many different reasons. Keeping that in mind, we have a simple cancellation policy. Just give us a communication by email at least 7 days prior to your pick-up time to receive a full refund. The refund processing usually takes between 3-5 business days. If you don’t show up at the pick-up location or fail to request appointment cancellation we will not be able to refund your payment.
NO REFUND
LATE CANCELLATION or NO SHOW or LESS THEN 24 HOURS CANCELLATION, we charge a total amount of the price of services.

MEETING POINTS
Railway station: you will meet your driver right at the EXIT 24 holding a signboard with your name on
Airport: you will meet your driver right outside the arrival gate holding a signboard with your name on
Hotel/Apartment: you will meet your driver at hall or the entrance of the building
Port of Naples: you will meet your driver outside the terminal building holding a signboard with your name on
Port of Salerno: you will meet your driver at the end of the gangway holding a signboard with your name on
Port of Amalfi/Sorrento: you will meet your driver at the dockside where your tender boat pulls in holding a signboard with your name on.
